ok, so mum & dad bought a new car.
sarah was away at college but i kind of got used to the alone at home feeling after staying at home for 2 days because i was sick.
but tbh, i wasn't home a lot .
first we went to michael hill jeweller's [like i mentioned yesterday] to get to the sale, there was only a small queue there but mum & me couldn't be bothered to wait so we just left.
then mum, dad & me drove out to the toyota dealer in seven hills
mum & me sat on the sofas staring at the gay trophies that looked like giant chess pieces & watching people go in & out;
yeah, mum & dad had already figured out which car they wanted but it was up to me & sarah to choose the colour
i seriously wanted to pick the black because it looks pretty & SHINY 8)
but mum was like 'no', because esther's mum fully rages if anything is similar to anything of hers & ofc she always thinks that everyone is copying her [clothes & everything].
i didn't understand when i was young but now i kind of understand what mum goes through.
so mum just didn't want to be involved in one of her rages again so i picked the red instead which was kind of ordinary & not bright red like the awesome one that we used for a week while the blue car was getting fixed.
it was so damn boring.
after that, we stopped at mcdonalds for a soft serve while mum had an egg mcmuffin.
dad was staring at my soft serve for quite some time before he asked mum for money to get one too.
haha he was so shocked when he found at that they were 50 cents now, not 30. so he was fully considering & then he just went & bought one. But he came back with a grin on his face, saying that he just told the girl at the counter it was usually 30c so he got 20c change. very cheap ;)
we went to '5 senses' the bookstore to try & find my science focus textbook for next year but they weren't in stock yet so we bought 2 freakin maths books #____#
yeah, well, i should be grateful considering my dad was about to buy 3 unit/4 unit maths books saying that i could study hard & get ahead. it was so a joke but still,, SIF
i wanted to buy another pointless novel or book for reading but i couldn't exactly find anything i wanted even though there were tonnes. so i just aimlessly roamed around until mum got frustrated, she was about to buy a book for sarah [mao's last dancer] but she didn't.
we picked up sarah from college & went to the toyota car dealer again so she could pick a colour.
she wanted to pick some pretty disgusting colours but the metallic blue one [reef], we both agreed on. & she wanted a lighter blue [i think it was called 'arctic' or something].
but dad finally suggested a bronze colour [called 'liquid metal'] & i'd avoided the greys & browns so i didn't really notice it. but it was a good colour [on a car at least] !
sarah needed more convincing ofc, so dad had to bribe her [that we'd go to the viet restaurant 3 times & bon.ga [korean one] 2 times] so she agreed she would get in the car.
she can sometimes be a brat. x]] but i reckon it's granted with younger sisters, they usually get their way in the end.
instead of having the usual [tomato rice & crispy chicken], i had the same dish as mum [like noodles with meat, spingrolls & odeng in them]
dad & sarah both had beef noodles.
sarah left to go to jessica's party [they watched 'cloudy with a chance of meatballs' lame]
dad left as well.
so me & mum shopped around to, like, myers & stuff but everything was crazily priced.
so we only ended up buying 2 tshirts from giordano's
both of them were like 'save the world' type tshirts that makes whoever's wearing them look good hearted & someone who tries to make a difference.
one was like 'what can i do for the world today?' & the other had a smilie with a recycling sign around it aww x3
ofc, it also makes them look like a complete liar
mum & i were joking about that.

came home & watched men in black II ; stupid talking dog ;)
