went to castle towers with mum & dad. bought a valleygirl diary, a pretty but professional looking 2010 diary and kind of went like everywhere i think.
we picked sarah up from college & went to morning glory at castle mall to buy 2 gift packages [one was $10 & the other $15]
sarah wanted viet food [la coloniel] as usual but i got so sick of it that i practically begged her to eat at GPK & in return, i owe her a week of slavery. as in, i have to be her slave until next saturday.
it was so annoying when we were there, because she kept going "hold your tongue, let go, hold your tongue, let go. pick this up. don't eat yet. eat. don't eat. eat".
& i know i'm not supposed to return her immaturity but i couldn't help it & tried arguing myself out of slavery. i mean, slavery's illegal, right ? it's morally indecent for me to be my little sister's slave.
so we got home & we both pretty much forgot about the deal. i wanted to watch 'miss gold digger' [korean movie] & sarah wanted to watch anything else but what i wanted. in the end, dad chose 'the bucket list' which is about 2 old men who are about to die who make this list of crazy things they want to do before they die [which is in like 6-12 months]. we only watched halfway until we all got bored of it & ditched it.
for dinner, we had a christmas party with church gooyok [haha pretty sure that's not how you spell it but whatever] people & we just watched TV [the first time i watched the show, WIPEOUT].
it was kind of funny in a totally lame & unfunny way. basically, people just try to do this water obstacle course & fall over, get bashed up, slip & embarrass themselves to try & win $50,000. there was this guy & he was fully like "i'm doing this for my son, maximus to show him never to give up...the tough gets going...", & ofc he failed & gave up which would've been WAY embarrassing for him & his son.
the whole time, lisa kept confusing people by saying she was school captain & then saying she wasn't. [even though we're not all entirely sure, i'm pretty sure she's 1 of the 6 school captains for jasper road ps]. congrats lisa x3
we had lots of great food & we all watched jason & ian play chess while we ate cherries & watermelon. ian won while grace [his sister] tried to help both of them at the same time.
it was time for presents so esther's dad dressed up as santa & april dressed as santa's little helper/elf/whatever you call it. & they just gave presents out to everyone.
when it was time for the parents to give the kids presents, my auntie couldn't make it but james came anyway.
james [my cousin] got so pissed when he got 3 science encyclopedias & was fully like "this is a nightmare". such a drama queen. haha but a funny one.
then ashley, april & sarah [basically sarah & her friends] made people zombies by making us close our eyes & count to twenty. then they'd shake our arms & make us count to 10. then they'd shake our arms & make us count to 5. & they did this like 20, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. after that you had to keep saying "come to my grave & kill me" repetitively. your arms automatically go up slowly like a zombie. & it worked ! try it ;)
james didn't want to go back home so he slept over at our house. sarah & him played chess while i ignored both of them & read "feeling sorry for celia" by jaclyn moriarty. it's pretty good but i think i like "finding cassie crazy better". & ofc, i like sarah dessen's books better.
yeah so i had to clean up my room so sarah could sleep with me because james had to sleep in sarah's room even though he kept complaining. such a hyperactive kid. but personally, i think he's just scared of the dark so he kept taking any excuse to come in. anyway, he settled down eventually.
