i actually got a few hours of maths done today; & finished a whole excercise book over the holidays so i feel accomplished (: LOL even though it probably didn't really amount to much
going to start pastpapers tomorrow; got this planned strategically ; not really but you know what i mean
oks recount, today was uneventful apart from the fact i watched DESPICABLE ME !
yes it was awesome & cute but after so many brilliant animated movies [i.e. finding nemo, toy story, UP!], it kind of just blends but it was great still.
so yeah spent majority of the day bludging/studying, same thing to me now. & at about 5, we went out to castle towers where mum, sarah & i ate at taste cafe. my second time at that place. i don't know, all cafes are tasty [hehe see what i did there ? ;D] & just nice. i ordered a steak sandwich which turned out to be this massive burger & mum ordered club sandwiches [mm] which turned out to be like a double decker sandwich which was expected because we eat them at beauty&thebeast at strathfield. anyways, sarah had spaghetti as usual. mum & i shared each other's meals as usual but sarah was still sick.
ohh & we bought mum's present without her knowing. we were totally sneaky, we told her we were going to potts avenue to get a present [even though we had everything planned out], then we walked like we were on an important mission & fully ran because from taste cafe, we thought she could see us heading into myers [which she couldn't]. yeah so we ran like retards, ducking & sneaking until we reached myers. ahah it felt good to plan a surprise & organize it ourselves. we bought a $100 giftcard [not the one joined with coles & kmart & stuff because we didn't want her to blow it all on groceries]. because mum never ever buys anything for herself & she usually has to pretend to like the homemade presents we give her [LOL LIKE THE BEST MUM TROPHY WE MADE HER LAST YEAR] that was freaking epic (:
sarah & i were literally breathless by the time we reached the cafe & we had to lie that we couldn't find her anything we wanted. so we're going to keep on convincing her that we haven't got around to buying a present yet x3 yeah then we ate the food i mentioned before. funner than i imagined because sarah came with me. she kept telling me to slow down because she was sick & coughing but i just kept looking around like i was a spy & mum knew about her surprise present LOL.
we got mango passion boost & WATCHED THE MOVIE finally, cute, brilliant animation . hehe & i love the dorky 3D glasses, even though it gave me a headache.
it got stuck in the middle & the kids at the back, even though they were young, used sarcasm incredibly, like "ohh *clap* that was a FANTASTIC movie". ahaha sarah's such a loser, even though she happens to be entering highschool next year, she kept trying to reach out to touch the 3D . hehe.
anyways we got free movie tickets because it got stuck; i thought that was awesome because i would've been totally fine without them but i suppose some people get a bit mad/impatient if they don't get some sort of apology. ohh i saw patty [yr8] as well, hello ! then we came home where we told dad our adventure [not really but yeah] of our free movie tickets. ofc, we didn't spill about the myer giftcard, won't. did you know my mum's birthday marks the beginning of my yearlies ? how inconvenient, we won't be able to celebrate freely, i feel so bad but i'll make it up to her after they're done. then i just did about 30min of maths. ahh must start studying other subjects soon . bye, going to spend time with ma famille
