laa more maths this morning while procrastinating, & me & sarah kept listening to the songs. sarah loves the most popular song right now "just the way you are" bruno mars & i like "gallery" by mario something-i-cbb-to-spell.
after some intense procrastination, we were planning on going to the library but we skipped that part & went to towers.
we had subway, hot chocolate, first time to try a subway cookie (:
then we went to myers, valleygirl to look for sarah's yr6 farewell dress. i ended up buying a dress instead LOL, how did that work out .. afterwards, sarah was tired because she's got no endurance as a shopper so we had to sit down again so she could eat sushi. then long time tradition, UNCLE PETE'S. yes i am too old now & it's not like it interests me anymore but it's kind of a place we have to visit. ohh & then mum bought oysters & prawns, the guy who works there [looks about highschool] is pretty fail at his job so we just keep glaring at him impatiently. it's was funny but i felt sorry for him LOL, i think he remembers our impatience last time as well.
then spontaneously, [when i she ever not spontaneous ??], mum let us borrow videos from video ezy in the midst of my yearly studying. so we came home & then dad came home, so we all ate oysters & prawns & watched datenight. SO FUNNY, it wasn't as deep as it was meant to be but it felt great to watch it & it made me laugh. "f you", "did you just say 'f you? f YOU", "no, f you, you motherfer". ok, this makes me sound like a swearer now but if you've watched it, you'd get it dw (:

then i felt guilty so i got another hour of maths in. now i'm blogging while youtubing. ohh & lame as it was, i was listening to 1.O65 love song dedications & even though everything they say is sweet & the annoying host dude like richard mercer is always encouraging, i just can't bring myself to believe in it. i mean there was a gay couple & girl who said that it was love after 3 months & this guy that dedicated a song to his gf yesterday but then today he called up to tell the radio that they were in a fight. it's all such a mess; what's the point ? i'm not a cynic but i don't believe in love where you can confirm it by calling up a radio station & dedicating a song. it's so much less perfect & simple than that. it made me roll my eyes & scoff every 2 minutes which would've seemed really stupid to whoever was watching me but i couldn't help it. somehow, it was addictive though.

like the radio, all of today, i've been doubting what i believe in & realised everything is less simple, little by little. for instance, i really want to become a doctor one day but if i ever do get into med [that means studying min 5 yrs then working my entire life], where do i get the time for the rest of my life ? i'm not changing my mind, just taking in the consequences, the impact & everything i might have to give up. it's tough to think about it. so for now, just going to enjoy not being old LOL & wait for what comes.

uhhm yeah that sounds really hippie 'go with the flow', whatevs, it's already been done, might as well go the whole way. peace out x.
